The bench was hearing a PIL filed by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) seeking registration of FIR against Bhujbal. The bench said in cases where the allegations are serious in nature and are levelled against people holding important positions, monitoring is necessary.The Maharashtra Anti-Corruption Bureau on Thursday informed the Bombay high court that it would file chargesheet in connection with disproportionate assets case against NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal within a month.The ACB further informed the court that in three allegations against Bhujbal, the agency has not found any material Dry Towel Manufacturer that discloses FIR.

The ACB had in June last year registered two FIRs against him. The judges asked the agency to take action after it stated before the court that a few of the directors are not cooperating in the investigation. Another case was registered by Navi Mumbai police concerning a housing project scam wherein `44 crore were collected from over 2,000 people for houses in a project ‘Hex World’, promoted by a realty firm owned by the Bhujbal family. The second case was for alleged rampant corruption and large-scale irregularities in the construction of the new Maharashtra Sadan, the state government’s guesthouse in Delhi.The division bench of Justice V..During hearing the ACB informed the court it would file the chargesheet against Bhujbal and his family members in a month.

The chargesheet would be filed in two cases where these people are facing charges of involvement in Maharashtra Sadan scam and Kalina land grabbing case.Meanwhile the ED reiterated before the court that it has registered two Economic Case Information Reports (ECIR) against Bhujbal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) but it can go ahead with the investigation and file an FIR only after the ACB files its chargesheet. On Thursday the bench asked both the agencies, ACB and ED, to file progress report in four weeks on their investigation against Bhujbal and his family members. Kanade and Justice Revati Mohite Dere also directed the Enforcement Directorate to take action against directors of companies who are not cooperating in investigation
